At PawVibe, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date you received your order.

EU / Portugal consumers — Right of withdrawal (Direito de livre resolução): In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and Portuguese Decreto-Lei n.º 24/2014, consumers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at digitalquevende87@gmail.com before the 14-day period expires. Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies in addition to, and never limits, this statutory right. Under Decreto-Lei n.º 84/2021, goods are also covered by a legal conformity warranty of 3 years.

How to request a refund

2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. We will respond within 48 hours with return instructions

Items must be unused and in original packaging
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item
Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at digitalquevende87@gmail.com with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost. Under Decreto-Lei n.º 84/2021, goods sold to consumers in Portugal benefit from a 3-year legal conformity warranty covering repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
